Classes start up again in less than a week and life has been suuuuuper busy!! We had FanExpo, the long weekend, working almost every day, and of course, drinking to fit in the past few weeks. So what is coming up? A baby shower, work, and of course, drinking.

Justin Long Trolls Little Girls
So I was on Buzzfeed today and I came across some Youtube clips that pretty much show how Justin Long trolled a tween who accidentally messaged his iPhone. Let me just say, this is really funny shit. I've embedded the videos after the jump.

Soo insanely busy
I have been so insanely busy these last few days and I think it partly has to do with work and the wonderful realization that FanExpo is a week away!!
I've been scrambling to get my Ramona Flowers costume together and I almost have all the pieces put together. It won't be full ready until Thursday next week, but I have the clothes picked out and the bag is mostly finished. All that's left is a few alterations and one more thing...

Very Very Boring Days
There are some days when I cannot figure out where all the time went. Not only that. but I can't even remember what I did during the day. That was today BTW. I know I went to Walmart and ate schnitzel, but I don't recall much else. So, I guess I essentially just floated through my day on automatic mode.
Oh yeah, I remember one thing I did. While surfing the interweb today I came across a story aboot a prof who got thrown out of a Starbucks (it can be found here). To sum up what happened, this prof was a bitch and was rude to the Starbucks staff over a freaking bagel. All the barista asked her was if she wanted cream cheese or butter on her bagel. She wanted it plain, but was too rude to say either 'plain' or 'neither'. Really? How hard is it to specify? She mentions in the article that when you go to a burger place you don't need to specify what you don't want on the burger. What?? What the hell burger place is she going to?? Pretty much every single burger place has a few set ingredients on EVERY burger and if you DON'T want a topping, you need to tell them! The only place I can think of that doesn't do that is delicious, delicious Harvey's, but that's only in Canada.
Obviously this women is just a bitch who was looking for attention and a fight. And really, more often than not, I will take someone else's side over Starbucks (Tim Horton's is faaaar superior in every aspect). I hate people, especially ones like this. That's kind of like a phone call I got at work a two weeks ago that went like this:

Sleep
Sleep is a funny thing. I don't want to succumb to it, but when I do I don't want to stop. I can generally function quite well when I get very little sleep, but at the same time, I might just be thinking that I am functioning well. If that doesn't make sense it is because I am sleep deprived while writing this.
One of the reasons I try to rebel against sleep is that I tend to get my best ideas just before bed and I seem most productive after 10pm. Once again, however, I could just be incorrectly perceiving this.

The Cast of Glee as The Rocky Horror Picture Show
So a couple of weeks ago Ryan Murphy mentioned that Glee was going to do a Rocky Horror Picture Show tribute episode. I love this idea because I love both Glee and RHPS. So I decided with a few friends to try and come up with which glee kid would play each role. So here's what I got so far:

Top 80s Teen Flicks (According to Me)
Ahh the 80s! Even though I was alive for only 7 months of the decade, I feel like I know it so well. One of my favourite things to do is host mini-movie marathons with specific themes. So here are my favourite teen flicks (in no particular order)!

Awkward Encounters With An Ex
Anytime you run into an ex it is somewhat uncomfortable and awkward. Even if you are on good terms with them, there is still a bit of awkwardness involved (especially if they'ves seen you *gasp* naked!). I'm usually pretty good aboot keeping things neat and tidy after breakups. It's not to say that I hang out with exes, I just am really good at avoiding them or being oblivious to the fact that they are in the same room as me. But what do I do if they see me and decide they want to talk. Well, then I am very good at making things awkward. How awkward you ask? Well, very.
Top She & Him Songs (According to Me)
She & Him is one of my favourite bands, and I had the pleasure to see them in concert 2 months ago. Let me just say that yes, they sound even better live! So who makes up the She and Him of the band?? Well, She is Zooey Deschanel. The cute & quirky indie actress who you may remember from Elf and (500) Days of Summer. And the Him is M. Ward. An amazing indie folk rock god! He is actually how I stumbled upon this band.

Bad Friends
This is something that has been bugging me for awhile. Try and see if any of the following apply to you:
- Do you find yourself to be the only one who makes any attempts to hang out? Like you are the one who is expected to make the arrangements or it doesn't happen?
- Do your friends bail on going out because the place you are going to is not "their scene" even though they don't know what the place is like?
- Do you find yourself no longer getting upset when a friend bails on plans because you've come to expect them to bail more often than not?
- Do your friends think that your interests are weird or juvenile yet they like shit like fucking Twillight?
He-Man Parody
This video is nothing new, but nevertheless, I always find it hilarious. Unfortunately a lot of my friends don't quite get the joke because they have no idea who He-Man is (blasphemy)! Usually on a daily basis I will throw in an "I have the power!" and I don't think anyone really gets it. Kids these days! So anyways, here is an amazing He-Man Parody that seems to suggest the Adam/He-Man is gay! Who would've thought?!
